Field trip『meiji naruhodo factory』
Thursday, July 18th
We went to “Meiji Naru Factory” in Takatsuki, Osaka for a field trip🍫
Due to the large number of students at our school, we will be splitting our participation into a morning session and an afternoon session.
This factory makes sweets that are representative of Japan, such as chocolate sweets such as Kinoko no Yama and curls.
The students’ eyes lit up as they seemed to have many sweets they had never tried before✨
Kinoko no Yama vs. Takenoko no Sato, which one do you prefer? The war is famous in Japan!
We had the opportunity to take a detailed tour of the manufacturing process of Kinoko no Yama inside the factory.
The students were captivated by the process of making sweets for the first time, and were very surprised by the evolution of the machinery.
After the factory tour, there was a voting spot for Kinoko no Yama and Takenoko Sato at the exit, and the students also cast their votes at the end!
In the voting results, “Kinoko no Yama” was dominant☺
Both are really delicious so it’s hard to choose just one…
In addition to the factory tour, We watched the cacao manufacturing process on video and learned a lot about meiji’s history.
At the end, we divided into each class and took a commemorative photo 📸
Although it was a very hot day, it was a fun field trip☺
The students looked very happy when they received marble chocolate and fruit juice gummies as souvenirs at the end.
When students go shopping from now on, students probably see more of meiji’s sweets🤭🍫
Thank you, meiji!
