Tanabata 【July 7th, 2023】
July 7th is Tanabata in Japan.
Tanabata is also called the Star Festival, and is celebrated in China, too. During Tanabata, people write their wishes on Tanzaku (a piece of paper) and hang it on a bamboo tree. According to the legend, Orihime(the Weaving Princess) and Hikoboshi(the Herdsman)are allowed to cross the Milky Way once a year to meet each other.
Unfortunately, our Tanabata this year is a test day, but student wrote wonderful Tanzaku such as what they want to be able to do, their career path, and their future dreams.
I hope their wish come true.
